Blue Mountain Village Boardwalk

The expansion of the boardwalk at Blue Mountain Village completes the long awaited walking loop around the Mill Pond in the Village core. This walkway forms a critical pedestrian route linking restaurants and commercial establishments with hotels, condominiums, and recreational amenities. Traveling along the pond’s wetland shelf, the boardwalk provides access to notable amphibian habitat, where visitors can observe tadpoles, frogs, birds, and other wildlife. Interpretive displays are provided at various points, outlining the amphibian lifecycle and showcasing the pond’s flora, fauna and insects. Envision-Tatham’s extension of the Mill Pond boardwalk continues a long relationship with Blue Mountain Village, as key members of our team were involved in the design and implementation of the Village’s initial phases. We are pleased to be able to complete the boardwalk and Mill Pond walking loop under Skyline ownership and look forward to seeing the Village vision at Blue Mountain evolve and advance.
